Joint Camp Classes at Easton Hospital

As part of the rehabilitation process, you will be contacted by Fern Dougherty, RN, Joint Camp Coordinator for Easton Hospital. These classes are held in the rehab. conference room, second floor, at the hospital. The conference room is located near the Physical Therapy Department in the hospital. These classes are an important part of rehabilitation after your total joint replacement and are designed to help you achieve maximum wellness.

You will receive guidelines and instructions on your stay in the hospital after the procedure. You will meet the staff that takes care of your needs after surgery.

You are provided with a “Joint Camp” binder that contains information on what to expect after surgery, the exercises you will be doing after surgery, and additional information to help you achieve your goals after the procedure. Please take this binder to all appointments that you will have before and after surgery.
